Singer products are designed to provide years of outstanding, trouble-free service. However, if you are not satisfied with your eCommerce purchase, Jennys-sewing Studio will offer you a 30 day return policy minus shipping. WE do not offer cash or charge refunds for items sold by our web site but store credit against any item we offer on our web site shop.
