I hope I can answer all the questions you may have about the Singer Futura XL400

 1. The Singer Futura XL400 is basically the CE150 with a  larger hoop capacity and multi-hooping. It offers the same stitches for sewing.

2. The XL400 comes with basic software. Optional software is available to purchase for Auto punch, Hyperfont, Cross stitch, Photo Stitch, and Editing. When installed, each option will work in the base program.

3. Options for the CE150, 250, 350, SES 2000 will not work in the XL400. 

 4. The Singer Quartet, F-4, 4 in one and XL400 are all the same machine. Software packages that came with the machine  may be different. The Editing software will work with the Singer Futura Quartet. I have even made a brand new video on the editing features.

5. See videos on how options work. The software options of the XL400 are almost identical to the CE150/ 250 and 350 options.

6. See what kind of sewing stitches are available on the XL400. New videos will be added.
