At Jenny's Sewing Studio we recognize and respect the privacy of your personal financial information. Information we collect from you will be handled responsibly and highly confidential. We do not provide any of this information to outside companies for the purpose of telemarketing. We value you as a customer at Jenny's Sewing Studio.

Our Refund and Return Policy

Jenny's Sewing Studio values all our customers and want you to be satisfied with all purchases made. We have made every attempt to picture all items accurately. If you have a question about an item, please call us before you order and we will be glad to explain any product to you. We stand behind all our sewing machine products as first quality, and will service and repair our sewing machines with free labor for the Manufacture's warranty period. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees that apply. We reserve all rights for replacement of any product with the manufacturer. Products can be exchanged with product of equal or greater value up to 30 days of purchase.

There are no cash or credit card refunds. We will exchange any item as long as it is not a closeout or sale item, is in the original carton and in original condition. Exchanges must have a return authorization. Please call and ask for Judy or Jenny if you have a problem. There are no returns on special orders items, computer programs, embroidery disc packs, books, patterns or printed materials ever.
