Jenny’s Sewing Studio has created a brand new project and class for our students in Salisbury, MD. We have also added the project to our Video and Photo gallery so you can create the tree skirt yourself.
The Fan is easy to make and the tree shirt is something you will get a great head start on in class. Learn to use the piping, insert the quarter circle, cut the circle, and finish using the bias tape.
Victorian Fan Tree Shirt– Add a little Victorian flair to your Holiday décor with a fan tree shirt. I will supply a traced fan pattern and instructions for making a small 44†skirt. Great for the table top.Â
Buy 3 different red and green fabrics to blend, on reel of edging lace and 1 packaged piping to make the fans. Each student will need to purchase 1 3/8 yards of white double faced pre quilted fabric, white thread and any lace trim for the shirt plus one package on single faced bias tape.
